Graduate Management Training Programme

Programme Description

The Unifreight Africa Limited GMT Programme was established to assist graduates with practicle training for a period of 12 -18 months where they will get hands on experience, knowledge and skills for future management roles. Canditates will participate in work assignments and project management and will receive hands-on experience and formal training, followed by regular assessments to evaluate performance. Shortlisted candidates will need to participate in interviews and psychometric, personality and aptitude tests as part of the selection process.

All graduates will be considered for placement under the relevant business unit depending on performance and placement availability.

Candidate Requirements

1. Graduates with the following disciplines will be considered:
   • Transport and Logistics
   • Supply Chain Management
   • Accounting
   • Computer Science / Information Technology
   • Marketing & Sales
   • Human Resources
2. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognised college / university
3. Candidates must have a 2.1 degree class or better
4. Must be aged 25 and below
